ARTHUR'S MAN OF THE MONTH
Ehud Olmert!
This month's Arthur's Hall Man of Month is a lightning rod for criticism and disdain across the entire Middle East. That alone makes him worthy of consideration but it was his recent decision to bomb the living shit out of Gaza that cemented Ehud Olmert's candidacy as Man of the Month. As all of you should know by now...anytime a leader finds a reason to bomb a Middle Eastern nation...I am always impressed. I don't give a damn if some Gazan idiot threw a rock, to me that is sufficient provocation for a devastating aerial attack. Obviously, I am pro-Israel and I giggle with glee when I see bombs falling on Gaza, the West Bank, Syria, Iran or any other pissant Muslim nation.
Leading Israel may be the toughest job on the planet. First, you have the external pressure from the fascist Arab nations that actively promote the annihilation of Israel. Secondly, there is a significant demographic gap between Jews and Palestinians that threatens to destroy the Jewish state from within. The third issue is that most of the world, including most of Western Europe, is flatly opposed to Jewish self-rule. Why? I am not sure. I think anti-Semitism runs much deeper in Europe than any of us would like to believe. Obviously the Muslim world wants every Jew dead and won't stop their endless quest to accomplish that goal. Another major obstacle is opposition from within by naive peaceniks who honestly believe that Jews and Palestinians can exist in peace. They are much like our left, they hate their own nation and truly would like to see the nation of their birth ripped to shreds, usually because they are self-loathing pieces of shit who hate themselves so much that they delude themselves into thinking that their nation and culture must be immoral and decrepit.
Men who takes challenges on and overcome them are the type of men that are to be lauded and celebrated. Leading Israel is no easy task and Olmert has managed to do so. His administration has been accused of corruption and other crimes but so has the Bush Administration. Obviously, the forces of the left will stop at nothing in their quest to ruin the world so of course they persecute Olmert. His first major act of manliness was his war against Hezbollah in Lebanon. We all saw the news reports from proxy Hezbollah supporters like Al-Jazzera and CNN...the Israelis were acting like savages and killing women and children. I only wish that was the case. Israel and Olmert have put up with constant rocket attacks, incomprehensibly stupid rhetoric from guys like Ahmedijad and Jimmy Carter and a world that turns a blind eye to the plight of the Jewish state. If were the leader of Israel, Syria and Iran would have already had tasted plutonium. Having restraint is not particularly manly but understandable considering the state of Israeli politics.
The latest act of masculinity by Ehud Olmert is the current attack on Gaza. To say that Gaza needs to be attacked is akin to saying a Frenchman needs a cock in his ass... so obviously bombing Gaza is a great thing. The best part of it all is that he is a lame duck Prime Minister, he has all but resigned but that has not stopped him from making this bold move to crush Hamas. In doing so, he has given the world, Hamas and domestic opposition the middle middle finger and said "Fuck you". You see... using your political power until the very end is as about as manly as it gets. Being like W and being a bitch and rolling over, that is for pussies. I think this except from Ehud Olmert says it best...
"We will not hesitate, we will not apologize and we will not back off. If they continue to launch missiles into Israel from Kfar Kana, we will continue to bomb Kfar Kana. Today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Here, there and everywhere. The children of Kfar Kana could now be sleeping peacefully in their homes, unmolested, had the agents of the devil not taken over their land and turned the lives of our children into hell.
Ladies and gentlemen, its time you understood: the Jewish state will no longer be trampled upon. We will no longer allow anyone to exploit population centers in order to bomb our citizens. No one will be able to hide anymore behind women and children in order to kill our women and children. This anarchy is over. You can condemn us, you can boycott us, you can stop visiting us and, if necessary, we will stop visiting you.
Today I am serving as the voice of six million bombarded Israeli citizens who serve as the voice of six million murdered Jews who were melted down to dust and ashes by savages in Europe. In both cases, those responsible for these evil acts were, and are, barbarians devoid of all humanity, who set themselves one simple goal: to wipe the Jewish race off the face of the earth, as Adolph Hitler said, or to wipe the State of Israel off the map, as Mahmoud Ahmedinjad proclaims."
Now that is a fucking man. A realistic vision of the world with no apologies, no reticence and no regrets. Congratulations Prime Minister Olmert on being a real man unquestionably worthy of the highest praise of all...The Arthur's Hall Man of The Month.
